Why do some people look down on waiters?

In today's society, more and more people are looking for high-end jobs, but the service industry is looked down upon or even disrespected by many people. Now the recruitment price of the service industry has doubled, but there are still very few people signing up. Except some people with poor family conditions who need money will choose this industry, few people will do services.

In my opinion, people don't respect me. I remember when I was a child, my dad said never to offend the waiter, or you wouldn't know that she threw up while serving, and she would get back at you. Although this is a joke, let's think about it. The reason why people think so is that many people don't respect them. Every time my husband and I go to a restaurant for dinner, I usually take things by myself and try not to bother the waiter when I leave.

How many times have we seen a quarrel and swearing in a restaurant, and the waiter has been bowing his head to admit his mistake, but people are like this, because they know that you can't do anything and swear endlessly. Sometimes these four words will never happen in the service industry.

When we eat out, we will encounter some small mistakes made by the service staff. For example, when the price changes, she didn't inform us in time, and some people couldn't wait for drinks and beer to arrive later, or they asked for compensation when they left. In fact, you don't know that the service staff usually pay the bill themselves.

I'm thinking, the waiters are really poor, and it's not easy for them to make money. From morning till night, if you can get by, try not to embarrass others. We also have family and friends. We respect others and ourselves, right?
