Gaoyou tourism resources

Qingshuitan Scenic Area has been listed as an excellent national tourism project by the National Tourism Administration (the only selected project in Yangzhou), and Yucheng Station and Wenyoutai have become designated tourist attractions in the Yangtze River Delta. Gaoyou lake, Xinmin Beach and other eco-tourism resources will be utilized to build a scenic belt on the west bank of the Canal, and a 5A-level Gaoyou Canal historical and cultural scenic spot (a comprehensive historical and cultural scenic spot with canal culture as the core theme and integrating postal culture, water culture and religious culture) will be planned. According to the requirements of provincial water conservancy scenic spots, the scenic belt of the west levee of Gaoyou Canal will be further built in an all-round way. Gaoyou tourism includes World Heritage Site 1, 4A-level scenic spot 1, 3A-level scenic spot 2, 2A-level scenic spot 1. There are 6 national key cultural relics protection units and 7 cultural relics protection units in Jiangsu Province. Gaoyou section of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, a world heritage of Grade-1 scenic spot (hotel), was successfully selected into the World Heritage List, becoming the 46th World Heritage List in China.

The national 1A scenic spot has no national agricultural tourism demonstration site Linze Ecological Holiday Tourism Museum, War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression Last Battle Memorial Hall (Gaoyou Campaign Memorial Hall), Gaoyou Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, Wang Memorial Hall, Wang Zengqi Literature Museum, Wu Deeds Exhibition Hall, Gaoyou Museum, China Duck Culture Museum and other scenic spots, Shenju Mountain, gaoyou lake Beach Country Park, Gaoyou Canal West Dike Scenic Belt, China Post Culture City, Longqiuzhuang Site, Jieshou Post. Jingtu Temple Tower, gaoyou lake, Pingjinyan, Butterfly Garden, Ancient Wukong Temple, Tianshan Han Tomb, Gaoyou Lianbiao Vineyard, Eight Scenes of Qintie, Gaoyou Pawnshop, Gaoyou Old Canal Road of Ming and Qing Dynasties, Beimen Street, Jieshou Huguo Temple, anrakuji, Guangfu Temple, Gokurakuji, Nyoraiji, Gaoyou Kuilou and Zhouyi. Bosideng International Hotel (quasi-five-star) Four-star hotels Gaoyou Jiazhou Sunshine Hotel, Gaoyou Overseas Chinese International Hotel and Huanghua International Hotel * * * There are three historical and cultural blocks in Nanmen Street, Beimen Street and four Gaoyou in the city, which are rare in China and belong to important historical corridors of the city. It is amazing that Gaoyou has such a complete ancient city context and pattern. South Gaoyou Historical and Cultural District (Nanmen Street) was the most prosperous historical district in Gaoyou City in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Liang was there, witnessing the ancient vicissitudes of Yucheng Station and passing the outer wall of the old house. Gaoyou historical and cultural blocks are located in Jiaojia Lane and Baisui Lane. It used to be the official residence, but now all kinds of brick-carved gatehouses can be seen everywhere. Gaoyou Chengbei historical and cultural block is located at Beimen Street, Fuxing West Road and Renmin Road. This used to be a bustling historical and commercial district outside the north gate of Gaoyou City.
