Hotel audit work content

1. According to the rules and regulations of the hotel finance department, review the accuracy of all hotel income and the check-out documents submitted for review, and prepare the daily profit and loss statement;

2. Review the consistency of data and agreement units in guest accommodation registration form, deposit slip, bill and wine management software;

3. Review whether all kinds of bills meet the requirements and whether the advance payment is in place;

4. Review the cashier report of each shift, the payment method and amount of each consumption and the bill amount;

5. Check whether the daily room schedule is consistent with the computer room schedule;

6. Review each guest's check-out bill, whether the refund form is signed by the guest and whether the deposit is recovered; Review the credit card detailed documents printed by POS machine, and check whether the settlement method of each credit card is correct;

7. Check whether the amount of cash documents and credit card documents settled in each shift is consistent with the report, and whether the investment registration form is filled in correctly;

8. Review whether the daily adjustment of wrong accounts and income reduction at the front desk are reasonable, and prepare the daily adjustment of wrong accounts and income reduction report;

9. Review the daily unpaid items and make statistical records at the end of the month;

10. According to the audited business reports of each shift, compile a summary of the hotel business income of the day and send it to the manager and general manager of the finance department at 9: 00 the next day;
