Who will pay for the centralized isolation in Suqian?

At present, there are no laws and regulations that clearly stipulate who will provide centralized isolation places and fees.

It is stipulated that "during the isolation period, the people's government implementing isolation measures should provide living security for the isolated people", but there is no provision on the source of funds for centralized isolation places and related expenses incurred during the isolation period.

With regard to the funds for epidemic prevention and control, other laws provide as follows: "The local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the daily funds for the prevention, control and supervision of infectious diseases within their respective administrative areas in accordance with the responsibilities of the governments at the corresponding levels." It is stipulated that "the people's governments at or above the county level shall organize scientific research related to the prevention and control of emergencies, and establish a reserve of materials, equipment, facilities, technology and human resources related to emergency epidemiological investigation, isolation of infectious sources, medical rescue, on-site disposal, supervision and inspection, monitoring and inspection, and health protection, and the required funds shall be included in the financial budget of the government at the corresponding level." Provisions, "the State Council and local people's governments at or above the county level shall take financial measures to ensure the funds needed for emergency response.
