Legal basis: The Department of Commerce of Gansu Province and the Provincial Economic and Trade Bureau compiled and issued the 13th Five-Year Plan for Investment Promotion in Gansu Province, with a planning period of 20 16 ~ 2020. The actual investment increased by 10% every year. During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period in Gansu Province, investment promotion efforts have achieved the following expected development goals: the scale of investment promotion has maintained steady growth. During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, the funds in place for attracting investment in the province grew at an average annual rate of more than 10%. It is planned to plan investment projects around the transformation and upgrading of traditional advantageous industries such as petrochemical and synthetic materials industry chain, metallurgical new materials industry chain, rare earth functional materials and battery materials industry, advanced equipment and intelligent manufacturing industry chain; Planning investment projects around cultivating and expanding strategic emerging industries; Planning investment projects around doing well and strengthening the characteristic agricultural industry; Planning investment projects around accelerating the expansion of modern service industry; Planning investment projects around making tourism bigger and stronger; Planning investment projects around the prosperity and development of cultural industries; Planning investment projects around deepening PPP model.
