3. After the occurrence of confirmed cases in China, people who have lived in the counties (cities, districts) where the epidemic occurred within 14 days are required to provide negative reports of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours, and those who cannot provide reports are required to complete nucleic acid testing within 24 hours. Those with negative nucleic acid test were included in community management and health monitoring until they left the epidemic area 14 days.

4. People who come to (return to) Sichuan in the middle and high risk area are isolated at home until they leave the risk area 14 days, and there is no centralized isolation with home isolation conditions.
