Which hotel in Sabah is better?

① If you live in the inland of China, it is recommended to stay in Sabah seaside hotel, such as:

Sutera Harbour Resort (It' Hotel is a big hotel reconstructed from Magellan, Pacific Ocean and other hotels in the past);

Nexus resorts and hotels. Spa Karambunai (there is a promotional price of RM 455 for staying for three consecutive nights during the Spring Festival)

Shangri-la Rasa Ria resort

Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu (downtown is close to the seaside hotel, which seems to be in short supply during the Spring Festival, RM 46 1).

The following two hotels are newly opened, which are Building A and Building B above the largest shopping mall in Sabah. They are a little far from the urban area, and the price is within RM 350 during the Spring Festival:
