20 1 1 in June, 2006, the Code of Conduct for Employees of Haier Group (Trial Edition) issued by Haier Group made more explicit provisions on employees' violations and their consequences, and classified violations into three levels, with as many as 105 violations.
According to this version of the Code of Conduct, Haier Group will terminate the contract without compensation if the employee violates the first-class rules, and reserve the right to pursue economic and legal responsibilities for the economic losses caused to the company; If there is a second-level violation, the employee needs to restore the problem clearly, and be reduced in salary or demotion, and may not be promoted for at least one year. If there is duplication, it will be regarded as a first-class violation; If there is a third-level violation, employees need to restore the problem clearly and be warned or informed criticism. If it is repeated, it will be regarded as a second-level violation.
The above code of conduct stipulates 105 behaviors that Haier Company "resists", among which, the behaviors that belong to the first-class violations include punching in or asking others to punch in, falsely reporting attendance, and lending one's work permit/key card to anyone else, including employees in the company and employees outside the company; Second-level violations include playing poker, playing chess, doing private affairs during office hours, browsing websites unrelated to work, downloading online content unrelated to work, chatting and playing games during office hours; Third-level violations include eating out without permission during working hours, accidentally turning off office appliances such as computers, leaving drawers and filing cabinets unlocked after work, doodling on walls and desks, trampling on tables and chairs at will, not caring for office facilities, and gfd not meeting requirements, which have caused adverse effects on users.
