Xing 'an Vocational and Technical College is located in Wulanhaote, south of Daxing 'anling. Ulanhot is the place where the government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was established, and is known as "Yan 'an, Inner Mongolia". Xing 'an Vocational and Technical College was established with the approval of the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 20001.It is the only full-time ordinary college in Xing 'an League. This university has a long history. Its predecessor, Xing 'an League Normal School, was founded in 1952. It was once the only national normal school in China and one of the six key demonstration normal schools in China. College is a higher vocational college which is a combination of normal education and higher vocational education, and a combination of higher vocational education and secondary vocational education, which is formed by the integration of the former Xing 'an League Education College, normal school, agriculture and animal husbandry school, health school, finance and economics school, traffic technical school and grain cadre training school. The college now covers an area of 500,000 square meters, with a building area of 200,000 square meters, total fixed assets of 300 million yuan, library collection of 500,000 books and total teaching equipment of 50 million yuan.
