Eternal movie plot

Chen Shihua was ordered by his dead father to marry Ren Shujuan, a rich woman, and had a son Jackie. Although Shihua is nominally a hotel manager, the real power is in the hands of his father-in-law and his brother-in-law. He is regarded as a running dog by his husband's family, bringing trouble to his mother and sister, and Shu Juan is not his ideal wife. So Shihua has been unhappy for more than ten years.

In extreme depression, Shihua met an understanding and simple girl, Mei Jiali, and they soon fell in love because of sympathy. Shihua wanted to divorce Shu Juan, but her father-in-law stopped her. Shihua fled to Macao with Carrie, ready to start a new life.

However, his father-in-law and his wife didn't let Shihua go. Shihua's job search was blocked by his father-in-law, Shihua and Carrie fell into a dead end, and their lives were bumpy. Shihua's mood was getting lower and lower.
