Hotel linen management rules and regulations
1 purpose
In order to standardize the management of linen in various business places and ensure the business needs of hotels, these regulations are formulated.

3. 1 Housekeeping Department is responsible for managing linen used in hotel rooms and washing linen for catering and entertainment.

4. 1 flax standard equipment

Housekeeping department is responsible for providing linen for all rooms in the hotel, and the ratio of floor rooms, floor operation and storage, laundry storage is 1: 1 .5, that is, floor room equipment1,floor operation and storage1,laundry storage and standby1. Flax feels soft and has good water absorption. Comply with FZ/62006. Towel yarn count: ground warp 32S/Z, wool warp 32S/Z and weft yarn 32S.
A) bath towel: not less than 1400 mm× 800 mm, with a weight of not less than 600 g. ..
B) Face towel: not less than 700MM×350MM, and the weight is not less than 140G.
C) Floor towel: not less than 750MM×450MM, with a weight of not less than 350G.
D) Square towel: not less than 320MM×320MM, with a weight of not less than 55G.
E) Bathrobe: cotton or silk, soft, comfortable and warm.
F) Bedsheet: The yarn count shall not be less than 32S, and the warp and weft density shall not be less than 60×40.

4. 1.2 Shaanxi Yalan flax
Housekeeping department is responsible for providing all linen products for hotel entertainment. Linen is provided according to the ratio of 1: 1: 1 for guests, 1 for washing and 1 for laundry to ensure the normal operation of linens. Flax feels soft and has good water absorption. The count of towel yarn is 32S/Z for ground warp, 32S/Z for wool warp and 32S for weft. The specifications and weight are the same as those of the room towels.
4. 1.3 catering linen
Housekeeping department shall assist in the preparation of catering linen, which shall be prepared according to the ratio of 1: 1: 1.5, that is, dining equipment1,washing1,catering linen/. Linen should not only conform to the grade of the hotel, but also conform to the development trend of the hotel, and it should be easy to wash.
4.2 Application
4.2. 1 When the use of linen can't meet the service quality requirements, the user department shall submit a written application according to the use demand, and the housekeeping department shall make a purchase requisition plan according to the linen budget, fill in the purchase requisition and submit it to the finance department for approval.
4.2.2 After the scheme is approved, the buyer shall contact the supplier to provide samples, which shall meet the linen quality standards of four-star hotels.
4.2.3 After the samples are selected, the housekeeping department will wash them several times to see the quality after washing. After everything meets the requirements, the samples will be kept by the finance department and priced.
4.3 Acceptance
After the arrival of the new linen, the housekeeping department will check the quality and quantity of the linen together with the user department and the finance department to see if it is consistent with the sample. If not, you won't accept it. If there is no problem, it will be collected by the user department.
4.4 linen transceiver
4.4. 1 room supplies
A) The laundry room is responsible for receiving, washing, ironing and folding the linen on the floor every afternoon 15: 00, and collecting the dirty linen on the floor.
B) The laundry room counts the number of dirty linen removed and clean linen sent to the floor with the floor attendant every day, and both parties sign for confirmation.
C) When linen is removed from the floor, sheets, quilts, towels and pillow bags should be stored separately for inventory to avoid cross-contamination.
D) When cleaning the room, the floor attendant will store the contaminated linen separately and send it to the laundry room in time. The laundry room will handle it separately and make a good registration. If it is not found in time and stored separately, it will be scrapped after high temperature washing, and the relevant personnel on the floor will bear the corresponding expenses.
E) In order to make linen evenly used and prolong its service life, the laundry room turns over and washes all linen once every two months.
4.4.2 Catering cloth
Dirty linen must be sent to the laundry room before 14: 10 every day, distributed before 17: 00 in winter and 17: 30 in summer. Dirty linen delivered to the laundry at 2 1: 30 every day must be retrieved before 10: 50 the next day. Laundry is not responsible for complaints caused by late delivery and washing.
4.4.3 Shaanxi Yalan flax
Every day's dirty linen must be sent to the laundry before 13: 30, and the clean linen of the previous day will be taken back. Both parties should sign the list for approval, and the laundry room is not responsible for complaints caused by delayed delivery and washing.
4.5 washing
4.5. 1 Before laundry, the laundry room should be carefully classified and inspected. Bed sheets and towels can't be mixed and washed. Catering linen should be washed separately from Shaanxi Yalan linen, and special dirt should be picked out and treated separately. Wash in strict accordance with the washing operation procedures and feeding standard, and fill in the records of washing and disinfection.
4.5.2 If various departments are polluted or damaged due to improper use of linen or improper use by guests, the laundry room shall promptly give feedback to the user department and put forward rectification opinions and measures.
4.5.3 Each department sends linen to the laundry room every day. There are no special circumstances, and the housekeeping department must arrange to wash them all on the same day.
4.6 Guest Salary Management
4.6. 1 When the floor attendant finds linen pollution during rounds, he immediately washes the polluted area with clean water. If it is disposed of, there is no need to report it to the front desk. If it is confirmed that it cannot be handled, report it to the front desk and claim compensation from the guests.
4.6.2 For linens with compensation or exemption from compensation, the floor supervisor will exchange the relevant clean linens with valid documents in the laundry room, and the laundry room will collect them at the end of the month and make consumption treatment.
4.7 Inventory
4.7. 1 At the end of each month, the laundry takes the lead in counting linen with floors A and B, and the laundry counts spare linen. The floor is responsible for the linen in the room, on the linen cart and in the warehouse on the floor, with no compensation, no compensation and no normal loss. It must be signed by a valid person, and accurate figures should be listed every month. Submit the laundry list to the department office every month and replenish it in time according to the specified quantity.
4.7.2 The catering and entertainment linen shall be counted by each department, and the management department and the finance department shall be informed of the monthly inventory.
4.8 linen waste standard
4.8. It has been confirmed that the hole in1linen can't be mended, or mending it in a conspicuous position will affect the use effect of the guests.
4.8.2 There are special stains that cannot be removed, which will affect the vision and use effect of the guests.
4.8.3 The linen is seriously twisted or off-line, which can not meet the requirements of placement and use effect.
4.9 Linen Scrapping Procedure
4.9. 1 linen reached the usage times, which affected the quality of customers. After the new linen is in place, the housekeeping department can uniformly report the waste linen.
4.9.2 Changing the use of waste linen (such as making rags) should be applied by housekeeping department, and the operation can only be started after it is approved by finance department.
4.9.3 For scrapped linen, after being checked by the floor supervisor and the head of the laundry room at the end of each month, the scrap sheet shall be filled out according to the process, and the department manager shall sign it and report it to the finance department for processing.
5 external cleaning
5. 1 The laundry room shall establish a register of external washing records according to the unit, and count the linen washed by both parties every time and make records.
5.2 The laundry room should be analyzed monthly according to the situation of different units. In particular, it is necessary to make statistics and analysis on some abnormal pollution and scrapping, and report the reasons to the department at the end of the month. After the approval of the hotel, the laundry room should be explained to the outside washing party.
