Su Shi's Riverside Scenery in Hui Chong? appreciate

Hui Chong Chunjiang Xiaojing

Song sushi

Two or three peach blossoms outside the bamboo forest and ducks in the water first noticed the warm spring.

The beach is covered with wormwood, asparagus is beginning to sprout, and puffer fish are preparing to swim upstream from the sea back to the river.

The greatest feature of this poem is that it is not the actual scene, but the scene in the painting, that is to say, it is a poem. That is, painting poems. The content of poetry is to introduce and describe the content in the painting. "Hui Chong" is the name of the painter. Hui Chong is actually the name of a monk. He lived in the early Northern Song Dynasty and was one of the nine famous monks in the early Northern Song Dynasty. The so-called "nine monks" are nine monks. They are all good at writing poems, and some can draw pictures. In short, it is nine monks, with elegant posture and literati feelings. They were very famous at that time.

Hui Chong painted a picture. The name of this picture is "Little Well on the Spring River"-the scene on the river in the morning when spring comes. What is the river scene in Hui Chong's painting? Su Shi's poem is a painting depicting this painting. Some of these poems are collectively called painting poems. With Su Shi's talent and calligraphy, it is certainly possible to write a poem on a famous painting. Even if this painting is a cultural relic, Su Shi's words will become a double cultural relic, right?

Ok, let's get into Su Shi's poems and see what is painted on them. "The peach blossoms outside the bamboo are three or two, and the spring river plumbing duck prophet." There are bamboo, peach blossoms, spring river, ducks in the river, Artemisia and reed buds by the river, both animals and plants. Although there are flowers and bamboos, there are not many bamboos and peach blossoms. Why?

Because it depicts the early spring, the weather has just warmed up, and sometimes it will be "cold and warm%". "Spring River Plumbing Duck Prophet", watching ducks plop into the water. The river is not as cold as before, so the ducks have to start swimming on the water. There is also a saying that in the south where winter is warmer, the river will not freeze. Although ducks will go into the water all winter, Su Shi thinks that the ducks in the water must feel that the river is getting warmer in early spring, and spring has arrived.

The poet writes beautifully with a pen. He didn't say directly: Spring is coming! Peach blossoms are blooming and bamboo is turning green! He didn't say that. He didn't say that spring came, nor did he write about people's feelings. It's about peach, about ducks swimming freely in the spring, and the vitality naturally appears.

Three or four sentences say: Artemisia sphaerocephala has short reed buds all over the ground, which is the time for puffer fish to go up. There are also Artemisia and reed buds in the picture. Artemisia selengensis and reed buds are both plants that grow near the water. They are all puffer fish's favorite food. At the same time, people may use Artemisia selengensis as food on this occasion and reed buds as appetizers. They may even be cooked in a pot with puffer fish as a fish side dish of puffer fish. Artemisia selengensis has grown all over the ground, why are reed buds still short? Because reed buds grow a little slower than Artemisia, they show sharp corners, which is also in line with the scene that everything has just sprouted in early spring.

The most interesting thing is the last sentence: "It's the time when the puffer fish will go." Note that puffer fish should not appear in the picture. Think about it. How to draw the puffer fish in the river? Is it true that Hui Chong painted the river so clearly and left three or four puffer fish in it, so it became boiled puffer fish, not puffer fish along the riverside?

To sum up, there should be bamboo and peach blossoms in the painting. Looking along the river, there are ducklings, Artemisia selengensis and short reed buds all over the river. Then the poet imagined: Wow, this beautiful early spring season is just the time for the puffer fish to come up!

Isn't this the scene of early spring? That's right. But other fish may lay eggs in spring. Why does Su Shi have to say puffer fish? You must say puffer fish, because Su Shi is a puffer fish fan. Everyone knows that puffer fish is delicious, but it is extremely toxic, especially its liver and ovaries. If cooked improperly, it will kill people. A friend of Su Shi thinks eating puffer fish is too dangerous. A loyal minister and a dutiful son cannot eat puffer fish. After eating, they are neither loyal ministers nor dutiful sons. Su Shi is a loyal minister and dutiful son, but he still does not change his original intention and does not forget to eat puffer fish for the first time!

When Su Shi lived in Changzhou, a local squire admired Su Shi's reputation. One of his chefs was particularly good at making puffer fish, so the squire invited Su Shi to eat puffer fish at home. Su Shi was the only one at the puffer fish banquet that night, and the Taigong family didn't eat it. The whole family, including his wife and children, hid behind the screen and listened quietly. Su Shi is eating puffer fish. What did they hear? They heard chopsticks and chewing, but they didn't comment. The chef, the shopkeeper, his wife and children who contributed the money were a little disappointed. When I was disappointed, I suddenly heard Su Shi put down his chopsticks and shouted, "Delicious! Today's death is worth it! " We can imagine that Su Shi's love for puffer fish even exceeds his own life.

Therefore, although I wrote a poem on a painting by a monk in Hui Chong, there were no puffer fish on other people's paintings. If there is a row of puffer fish on the shore, what scandal is it? But when Su Shi saw this riverside scenery, he couldn't help thinking of the delicious puffer fish at this time. Su Shi is imagining that what he sees is this painting, but what he is thinking is that there are peach blossoms, bamboo, rivers, ducks, Artemisia and reed buds. Then there must be delicious puffer fish in the river at this time. You should add a bowl of puffer fish to the painting and turn it into a picture of Dongpo's bachelor eating dolphins, so it's worth dying for. You see, for Su Shi, a hard-working gourmet and foodie, puffer fish has become an important association in his heart.

When Su Shi wrote this poem, he had ended his exile in the Duke of Zhou. At this time, Song Shenzong had died, and the court began to reuse Su Dongpo. At this time, Su Shi's mood should be said to be better. People are in a good mood and have an appetite, and they don't change their nature of eating goods. When they see a picture, they will think of eating puffer fish.

In fact, we know that Su Dongpo has a high demand for food. For example, he once discussed with his friends in an article what is the highest state of real food. He said that the first course should be rotten steamed Tongzhou mutton, which was cooked by pouring almond tea and coriander into the mutton belly. It has the delicious mutton, the fragrance of coriander and the delicious almond tea. Is this delicious enough? Yes, the food is really exquisite, but life can't be so exquisite and rich every day.

Su Shi lived to be 66 years old, and spent his whole life in exile and relegation 12 years or more! In other words, Su Shi didn't eat anything decent during at least 12 years. We know that Su Shi is not a gourmet who is famous for his food. He can not only enjoy delicacies, but also feel the taste in plain tea and rice. As Su Shi said in a poem, "The taste of the world is a kind of clear happiness", which is the most valuable experience left by Mr. Dongpo.

Su Shi's taste is not only in a five-star hotel, but also in a "man-Han banquet", but in daily life, eating delicacies every day, that is, enjoying the famous mountains, rivers and lakes of life, while eating art and exquisiteness in a simple meal and savoring the fields, mountains and streams of life are all indispensable parts of life. With puffer fish and steamed mutton, Su Shi knows how to enjoy the delicious food on earth. When there are no precious ingredients, only pork, vegetable soup and sheep spine, Su Shi can use his intelligence and aesthetics to make life interesting. When life is extremely hard and all the food is only enough to eat, Su Shi can also use the method of "drinking while drinking wet" to treat food as a medicine to satisfy hunger. This is the real food.

Su Shi didn't live to be 70 years old, but his various poems and poems add up to nearly 10 thousand. He also had many political achievements in his life, and a lot of academic research and artistic works showed his extraordinary creativity. What is the source of this creativity? I think it's his optimistic attitude towards life. He believes that there are no bad people in Beitianyuan from the home of the Jade Emperor to begging children. Everyone he sees in the world may be his friend. Although some people may be his enemies, he is willing to regard them as friends. So does Su Shi's attitude towards things. There is no good meal or bad meal in the world, only what he wants to eat. As long as it is a meal he wants to eat, it is a meal when he is full.

Therefore, don't underestimate Su Shi, a gourmet. Su Shi can be associated with our own life. Many times, our daily food is every meal. As long as you taste it with your heart, no matter how rough a meal is, there is always its best place. It is with this normal mind that Su Shi can have a full meal, chew vegetable roots, and go up and down, ups and downs.
