Where does Xiuhai Community belong?

Xiuhai Community Neighborhood Committee is a residents' autonomous organization under Xiuying Street, xiuying district, Haikou City, which was established in July 1953. Due to the change of community population and the need of urban construction, Xiuhai Community Neighborhood Committee was changed from Xiuying Neighborhood Committee to Xiuhai Neighborhood Committee in August 2. Neighborhood committees have grass-roots supporting organizations such as civil welfare associations, mediation associations, security associations, health associations, women's congresses and family planning associations.

II. Location, area and population

Xiuhai Community is located on the south side of Xiuhua Road, xiuying district, Haikou City. The jurisdiction area starts from Jinding South Road in the east, Xiuying Avenue in the west, Xiuxin Road Island Sunshine Community in the south, and the periphery of Haixiu Road and Shuchang Village in the north, with a total area of 1 square kilometer; The total population is 9,468, including 5,396 permanent residents and 4,72 floating population.

There are 2 residential quarters in the community. They are Haikou No.14 Middle School Community, Haikou Xiuying Grain and Oil Supply Company Community, Haixiu Supply and Marketing Cooperative Community, Haixiu Health Center Community, Xiuying Outpatient Community of Municipal Hospital, Xiuying Industrial and Commercial Bureau Community, China People's Bank Community, China Industrial and Commercial Bank Xiuhua Sub-branch Community, China Southern Power Grid Xiuying Power Supply Community, Xiuying Waterworks Community, Xiuying Department Store Community, Xiuying Food Station Community, Jinhai Building Community, Xiuying Grain and Oil Wholesale Market Dormitory, and xiuying district Municipal Government.

At present, Xiuhai Community owns two streets, Xiuhua Road and Xiuying Avenue. There is a medium-sized health service station in the community, which is open for residents to wait for medical treatment 24 hours a day, which greatly facilitates the people in the community to seek medical treatment. A series of business facilities have greatly facilitated the daily life of community residents and made due contributions to the prosperous Xiuying economic development.

VI. Cultural and sports undertakings

The community has an amateur literary and art team with professional teachers and supporting facilities. Now it has more than 2 literary and art players, which greatly enriches the amateur life of the community. Community * * * has two basketball courts and volleyball courts, both of which are located in No.14 Middle School.
