So I don't suggest that you order an afternoon tea set meal. You can order a la carte and snacks.

In addition to afternoon tea, the hotel's buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are all open. You can go in for dinner and take photos during these hours. Appointment is required for afternoon tea, and outdoor seats are available on a first-come-first-served basis at other times.

Seats are reserved for hotel guests first. If you don't stay in a hotel and just want to punch in, it is recommended to make an appointment two weeks in advance to have a buffet breakfast. It must be early. All four tables are occupied at eight o'clock.

There are relatively few people at noon and at dinner, so you can take pictures when no one is around. It's really beautiful, and I think it's cost-effective.
