Jingxi Hotel, which belongs to the the Central Military Commission (CMC) Joint Staff Department of China's * * * Production Party, mainly receives senior leaders of the state and the army, and has a suite of major leaders of the state. It is the place where the Central Military Commission and the State Council hold high-standard and large-scale important meetings, and has the reputation of "the highest venue" in China.

Jingxi Hotel was founded in 1959, with Soviet-style architecture. It is located on West Chang 'an Avenue in Beijing, across the road from China Millennium Monument, CCTV and Military Museum.
