Business license:

Second, handle the materials that need to be submitted

According to "People's Republic of China (PRC) Fire Protection Law" and "Fire Safety Permit for Public Entertainment Places", the certification procedures shall be handled.

1. The applicant shall issue an application report to the local public security fire supervision institution and receive the Declaration Form for Fire Safety Permit of Public Security Entertainment Places.

2. Fill in the "Declaration Form for Fire Safety Permit in Public Entertainment Places", the applicant shall sign the opinions and affix the official seal, and send the completed declaration form and application report to the local public security fire control institutions (key units under the jurisdiction of the detachment shall be sent directly to the detachment fire station).
