Since the establishment of xx Association in February, 2008 18, with the joint efforts of everyone, the activities of the Association are relatively active, and some achievements have been made, reaching the expected goals. At present, nearly eight activities are reported as follows:

I. Basic information

The inaugural meeting of the Association was strongly supported by Chairman Ma Xian and Executive Vice President Wang Zhengdong, which enabled us to gather in Jinhong Hot Spring Hotel and Friends Seafood Restaurant. On February 23rd, with the support of executive director Huang X, Sanya villagers got together at Coconut Forest Seafood Restaurant in the eastern suburb of Sanya. After the establishment of the association, Zhou X, Lan X, Zhang X and Xu X did a lot of work, reported the establishment and gathering of the association with words and pictures, and put the words and pictures on QQ, thanking xx Shandong Chamber of Commerce. With the strong support of Secretary General Geng X, they posted the news of the establishment of the association on the website of xx Shandong Chamber of Commerce, further expanding the influence of the association in society.

With the support of President Ma Xianquan, the first meeting of presidents was held. X, Jiang X and Fu X were discussed as vice presidents, and Hu X made a detailed report. With the support of Jiang X and Fu X, the second chairman's meeting was held. After the meeting, under the coordination of Liu X, everyone went to Ding 'an Old National Army to carry out filming activities.

The association was established nearly 8 months ago, and Huang X, Xing X, Gao X, Si X, Wang X, Xu X, Sun X, Lan X, Li X, Jin X, Wang X, Li X, Yang X and Zhang X contributed to the small-scale activities of the association. On September 23rd, with the support of executive director Wang X, Sanya fellow villagers held a party at Sanya Haiya Hotel.

Hu X sacrificed a lot of time to draft the constitution of our association. After a long revision and three presidents' meetings, the articles of association of our association were finally promulgated.

Eight months is not a long time, but whether it is the exchange of hometown information, the establishment of a circle of friends, or the promotion of the development of the member enterprises of the hometown association, the members of the hometown association have played a very good role in promoting the development of the member enterprises of the hometown association through gatherings and exchanges. During the period, Secretary-General Song X also attended the opening ceremony of Haikou 50% xx wine flagship store on behalf of the fellow villagers' association, visited the father of Li X, the first executive vice president, who was seriously ill in hospital, and provided information service for Zhang X's son. Zong X also contacted Yin X's daughter who attended the Agricultural Reclamation Health School to practice in Sanya Hospital of Agricultural Reclamation. I believe many people have provided services and information to each other. Just because you haven't collected it doesn't mean you haven't, so I won't list it here. Second, the results achieved

The association of 1.xx has more and more influence on society.

As far as I know, our hometown association has a good reputation in society. There are friends who are not local to xx and people who want to join our hometown association, which shows that our hometown association still has some charm.

2.2. The friendship among members of XX Association has been further strengthened.

Since the establishment of the association, the relationship between our members has been getting better and better, from friends who just met to sisters and uncles of brothers and sisters. Our relationship is getting closer and closer and our friendship is getting better and better.

3. It has promoted the further development of member undertakings and enterprises.

Knowing more people makes it natural and convenient to do things, which also promotes the continuous development of membership; Through communication, everyone has more information, and the development of enterprises will go up a big step.

Third, the existing problems

1. You can't participate in the activity. Some have never attended once, some have only heard of it, and have never met anyone by phone.

2. There are still discordant notes. Some people will have conflicts over a trivial matter, which is inappropriate. We are fellow villagers thousands of miles away. When things happen, we should make up for them, not push them down. Only in this way can our fellow villagers develop harmoniously and prosper harmoniously.

There are too few meaningful activities in the hometown association. At present, it is limited to the president's meeting, and sometimes it is extended to some executive directors and members, which needs further improvement. Make full use of your resources to carry out good activities.

Fourth, the next step

1. Enrich the activities of hometown association. Such as rewarding outstanding students, visiting seriously ill hospitalized members and their families, and choosing a good time to lead everyone to visit the member units of the hometown association in batches.

2. Manage membership dues in all good ways. When you open a bank passbook, every expenditure will be clearly recorded and fully supervised by the meeting of members and presidents, and every penny will be spent on members.

3. Give full play to the liaison role and further promote the development of the member enterprises of the Association. The purpose of establishing the liaison department of our association is based on this consideration. In turn, the development of member enterprises can further promote the development of our hometown association, thus achieving a win-win situation.

The verb (the abbreviation of verb) gives some hope.

First of all, members of the association must live in harmony. In xx, our hometown association is a big family and cannot be equated with ordinary social members. We must be caring, and we must restrain each other when encountering contradictions and problems, so as not to make things worse. Second, members of the association should treat each other sincerely, and fraud is absolutely not allowed. Third, members of the association should try their best to help each other, so that their careers can develop, things can be handled easily and enterprises can make more money.
