The investigation and disposal of asymptomatic infected persons except 1 in Ningbo are hereby notified as follows:

First, the basic situation of patients

Fu Moumou, male, a permanent resident of Shunyi District, Beijing, conducted a nucleic acid test in Beijing at 9: 30 on February 22, 65438 according to Beijing's prevention and control requirements. 65438+At 2: 30 on February 23rd, Beijing Shunyi District CDC received a positive test report from a third-party testing company. 65438+At 8: 30 on February 23rd, it was confirmed as COVID-19 nucleic acid positive by Beijing CDC. At about 65438+February 22nd 16, the case and three colleagues took flight CA8347 to Ningbo at Beijing Capital Airport for business. After leaving Ningbo Airport, take a drip train to Fenghua, have dinner at Doumen Beef Lamian Noodles Store in Fenghua and stay at Howard Johnson Overseas Chinese Hotel in Fenghua District.

Second, the measures currently taken.

After receiving the confirmation information from the relevant departments in Beijing, the municipal party committee and municipal government attached great importance to it and started the emergency response as soon as possible. 120 negative pressure ambulance timely transferred the case from the isolation hotel to the designated medical institution for diagnosis and treatment. At present, there are no symptoms such as fever, cough and fatigue. As of February 23rd 17:00, 260 close contacts have been investigated, including fellow travelers, people on the same flight, taxi drivers and hotel service personnel, among whom 10 people from other places have implemented various prevention and control measures such as centralized isolation control, nucleic acid detection and follow-up investigation. Samples collected from the case, three colleagues and the hotel have been tested. The results showed that the throat swab of this case was positive for COVID-19 nucleic acid and negative for serum antibody. Three colleagues' throat swabs and external environmental samples were all negative for nucleic acid detection. At the same time, Howard Johnson Overseas Chinese Hotel and Doumen beef jerky noodle restaurant in Fenghua District have been completely eliminated.
