According to the "Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Rizhao City" (Rizhao City Public Institutions [2007] No. 12) issued by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Personnel Bureau, the recruitment of public institutions in some municipal institutions in 2008 is now Relevant matters for staff are announced as follows:

1. Application conditions

2. Persons with permanent residence in the city (unemployed graduates of ordinary colleges and universities during the career selection period are not limited to the place of residence);

3. Good health;

4 , no more than 30 years old (born after July 18, 1977);

5. Meet the academic qualifications, majors, qualifications and other conditions required for the recruitment position.

Fresh graduates who apply for orientation or commissioned training must obtain the consent of the orientation or commissioned training unit. Persons who have been subject to criminal punishment or have been dismissed from public service, non-fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities, active military personnel, and other persons who are prohibited from applying by law cannot apply. Applicants cannot apply for positions with which they have a kinship relationship that should be avoided.

II. Registration method

(1) Registration time: July 17th to 18th.

8:30-11:30 am, 14:30-17:30 pm.

(2) Registration location: Rizhao City Talent Market.

(3) Registration requirements: When applying, applicants must present their graduation certificate, ID card, household registration certificate, and letter of introduction from their workplace. Those who meet the application requirements after review should fill in the "Registration Form for Recruitment of Staff in Rizhao Municipal Public Institutions" and submit 3 recent one-inch bareheaded photos with the same bottom. The registration fee for the examination is 40 yuan per person per subject. For positions where the number of applicants does not reach three times the number of planned recruitments, the recruitment plan will be reduced accordingly.

3. Exam content, time and location

The exam includes a written test and an interview.

(1) Written test

The content of the written test for general recruitment positions is basic knowledge of public affairs, mainly including national laws and regulations, political and economic theories, current political policies, and public affairs management , basic knowledge such as scientific and technological knowledge and comprehensive writing.

Written test time: July 27, 2007, 8:30-11:00 am.

After the written examination, based on the test scores of the applicants, the candidates for interview will be determined at a ratio of three times the planned recruitment number from high scores to low scores. For college graduates who participate in the "Three Supports and One Support" college students who are uniformly selected and dispatched to serve at the grassroots level in our city and apply within three years after the service period expires, the relevant regulations for the "Three Supports and One Support" college students in Shandong Province after the expiration of the service period shall be followed in accordance with the provisions of the Provincial Department of Personnel and other nine departments. "Policy Notice" (Lu Renfa [2008] No. 29), 5 points will be added to the written test score.

The written test results and the list of candidates for interview will be announced.

(2) Interview

The interview mainly tests the basic qualities and professional abilities of the candidates necessary for engaging in professional work. The interview is scored on a 100-point scale. The interview results will be judged by the examiner on the spot and announced on the spot.

The interview time and location will be notified later. Interview fees are charged as per regulations.

After the interview, the total score of the applicant will be calculated using a percentage system based on the ratio of written test and interview scores to 50% each. Written test scores, interview scores, and total scores are calculated to two decimal places.

IV. Assessment

According to the total test scores, the candidates will be evaluated in order from high score to low score according to the planned number of hires in order of moral, ability, diligence and performance. Those who fail the assessment will be replaced by those who are assessed in turn.

5. Physical examination

The employing department is responsible for organizing the physical examination, and the physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the relevant regulations for the recruitment of civil servants.

6. Recruitment

Personnel who are to be hired after passing the assessment and physical examination will be publicly announced for a period of 7 days. The employing department will put forward employment opinions and submit them to the municipal organization and personnel department for approval. Personnel who have been hired upon approval shall be subject to relevant procedures by the municipal organization and personnel departments in accordance with regulations.
