Where is Fuzhou ARATS?

Gulou district, Fuzhou city, Fujian province. Fuzhou ARATS is located in Gulou District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. Its main job is to study, plan, review and implement mainland policies and work. Fuzhou, also known as Rongcheng for short, is the capital of Fujian Province, and one of the central cities in the economic zone on the west side of the China Strait, which was approved by the State Council, is a riverside and coastal ecological garden city.
