How much is Suzhou mayor's hotline?

As of July 2020, there is no mayor hotline in Suzhou, but there is a convenience service hotline with the number 12345.

On May 18, 2004, the 29th executive meeting of Suzhou Municipal People's Government decided to set up Suzhou Convenience Service Center, aiming at integrating the public service resources of government departments and related industry units, building a unified service hotline platform, and providing convenient, fast, high-quality and standardized 24-hour services to the citizens.

Suzhou Convenience Service Center and "12345" service hotline were put into trial operation on April 19, 2005, and officially listed on February 26th, 2005.

Main responsibilities of Suzhou Convenience Service Center and "12345" service hotline:

1. Responsible for the operation and management of the municipal "12345" government public service hotline, and undertake the docking, linkage and cooperation with other municipal public service hotlines and service platforms.

2. Relying on the "12345" service platform, we will carry out social conditions and public opinion survey and public opinion analysis, and provide relevant government information services to the public.

3, participate in the emergency management of flood control and drought relief, typhoon prevention, sudden water pollution, sudden solid waste pollution, food safety and other emergencies.
