Does the hotel pick-up service cost money?

Hotels generally do not provide pick-up service. Guests can take a bus or take a taxi to the hotel. For high-end frequent fliers of airlines, such as Air China Platinum Card and high-end credit or debit card users, shuttle service is sometimes provided several times a year.
