Payment problem of water heater project

Divide the payment method into several parts. Brackets, water tanks, collector tubes and controllers are all paid separately, and each building has to pay for what it has done. The controller contact is connected after the owner finishes decorating the house, and a building is not completed. If the developer doesn't pay, you won't win a building and let the owner go to the developer to pay.
