The first folk restaurant in Zhangjiajie, "Impression of Great Use", was grandly opened next to Guanliping Gezihua Hotel on March 25, 2007. At the invitation of Mr. Wu Chunxiang, the founder of Zhangjiajie Liquor, I attended the opening ceremony and visited "Impression Yong".

The celebration was luxurious and lively. The host introduced the guests, all famous people from all walks of life in Zhangjiajie.

Traditionally, there will be a pair of big drums at the door of the celebration ceremony, and two lovely sisters wearing beautiful national costumes will beat the drum face with the beat and make a sweet drum sound.

Of course, lion dancing is indispensable to hold a grand celebration in Zhangjiajie, which not only adds a warm atmosphere, but also adds a kind of entertainment.

In the process of visiting the layout and decoration of Impression Chong, Mr. Wu Chunxiang, the chairman of Zhangjiajie Liquor Industry, told me that the purpose of opening Impression Chong is to let Chinese and foreign tourists experience the old things and food culture of Laochong, feel folk customs and reminiscence, and at the same time let us touch the scene, recall the taste left by our childhood mother and arouse our memories of childhood.

To this end, Impression Dayong collected the old things left over from the countryside for decades and hundreds of years, and even the wooden boards and nails were reinstalled in various places of Impression Dayong according to the original pattern, so that others could know at a glance: this is our boss Dayong.

In order to dig out many delicious dishes hidden in the countryside and make many local dishes that have never seen the world before, Impression Dayong invited some middle-aged women who are famous for cooking in the countryside to show their stunts in the kitchen and arouse unforgettable childhood memories and the taste of their mothers. They even invited farmers who can cook and burn firewood. I seem to have a great impression of this childhood memory and the smell of my mother.

The dining table chair is very special, but very comfortable, very patterned, bright and clean, neat and antique.
