Can minors stay in hotels?

Legal analysis:/kloc-minors under the age of 0/6 are not allowed to stay in hotels alone. For Chinese mainland residents, they need a certificate that can prove their identity information and a photo of their heads. Foreigners should register with their passports.

Legal basis: Article 24 of the Measures for the Administration of Public Security in People's Republic of China (PRC) Hotel Industry shall comply with the following provisions:

(a) to provide valid identity documents, with hotel registration information, no valid identity documents, should be verified by the public security organs, with hotel registration information;

(two) stay with others, or provide registered rooms for others to stay, the actual stay shall be registered in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance;

(3) It is forbidden to bring inflammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, radioactive and other dangerous goods and prohibited items such as control devices, obscene articles and drugs into the hotel;

(4) It is forbidden to engage in illegal and criminal activities such as prostitution, gambling, drug abuse and dissemination of obscene articles;

(5) When a person without or with limited capacity for civil conduct stays in a hotel, there shall be a guardian or other person with full capacity for civil conduct entrusted by the guardian.
