Our company is about to open a five-star hotel, and the decoration work is about to be completed. I'd like to ask, what licenses do we need to apply for before our company opens?

1, fire protection design audit, fire protection acceptance or filing, decoration fire safety inspection certificate;

2. Hygiene license and catering service license;

3. Public security special trade license;

4, environmental protection approval;

5. Business license, official seal and organization code certificate. Then apply for bank account opening, national tax registration certificate and employment certificate of social security department. . . . That should be all.

It can be handled after the environmental protection approval is opened, and all 1-3 items need to be handled at the same time and separately. Item 5 will be handled in the order listed.
