Where is the Ronda Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel?

Longda Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel is a key project built by Longda Real Estate in Zaozhuang, Shandong Province on 20 10. It is the venue of the cross-strait cooperation and exchange forum approved by the Taiwan Affairs Office. The project covers an area of more than 700 mu with a total investment of 700 million yuan. Upon completion, it will be a hot spring conference hotel with more than 400 rooms, which can hold large-scale meetings of 1500 people at the same time.

The project is located in Taierzhuang District, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province. Up to now, the main construction of Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel and property villa has been completed, and the renovation of internal and external walls and subsequent supporting facilities are under construction.

The projects currently under construction mainly include:

1. Cross-Strait International Conference Center;

2. Chinese five-star hot spring hotel;

3. Property villa.

After all the projects are completed, the sales will reach 3.6 billion yuan. After completion, the hotel and conference center will serve as the designated conference hotel for the State Council Taiwan Affairs Office and Zaozhuang Municipal Government to attract investment, and it will also be the only high-class hotel with five-star international conference function in southern Shandong.
