Dali Muwangfu Hotel

Muwangfu was appointed by Zhu Yuanzhang, but in the late Ming Dynasty, Muwangfu lost the support of the imperial court and it was difficult to suppress the local rebels, which led to Muwangfu's demise and his own losses. Mu Wangfu has been guarding the frontier and contributing his own strength to quell local rebellion, which is admirable.

Yunnan is generally inhabited by ethnic minorities. There are always conflicts between the Central Plains and ethnic minorities in ancient times, and they always want to completely eliminate them. In the Ming Dynasty, in order to better manage Yunnan, Zhu Yuanzhang set up two institutions in Yunnan, the governor and the Guizhou government. Used to manage local residents can ease the relationship between Han and ethnic minorities.

The official government of Guizhou, namely Muwangfu, is an important management institution in Yunnan. He has mastered a large number of local soldiers, and has repeatedly maintained local public order and quelled local wars. The first prince of Mu Wangfu was Mu Ying, who was also a very capable man. His father died early and grew up with his mother. Later, after his mother died, he was raised by the filial piety queen, and since then he has followed the emperor's surname Zhu and became a prince. Mu Ying and Zhu Yuanzhang fought many wars. In the process of conquering Yunnan, Mu Ying made great contributions, and Zhu Yuanzhang trusted him.

Later, after careful consideration, Zhu Yuanzhang planned to leave his adopted son Mu Ying in Yunnan to manage this rebellious place for himself. Rebellion will harm the country, leaving Mu Ying here shows that he absolutely trusts him. Mu Ying did not disappoint Zhu Yuanzhang and dutifully maintained his peace. After Mu Ying's death, his descendants remained in Yunnan, continuing to guard the frontier and suppress the local rebellion.

However, the good times did not last long. When the Ming Dynasty perished, Mu Wangfu lost the support of the central government, which led to the attack of the suppressed rebels. After a long-term attack, Mu Ying's descendants became so overwhelmed that they had to use local toast to suppress the rebellion. Finally, they completed their mission, but they also paid the price, and Mu Wangmi disappeared.
