Where is the check-in on Qunar.com? When I booked a hotel, I was told that I didn’t have any red envelopes. I needed to pay the normal fee at the hotel. I checked in near the hotel after leaving the hotel. The cashback was frozen for a few days.

Before booking a hotel, you need to bind a bank card or Alipay to obtain surrounding red envelopes (can only be used once in a calendar month and can only be booked for one night)

There are prepayment and arrival fees when booking a hotel. For both cash-in-store options, you need to pay the original price and complete the check-in application before 16:00 on the day of departure to apply for cash rebate in order to receive the discount.

After checking into the hotel, a check-in button will appear at the bottom of the order details. Just open the mobile phone positioning system and sign in. (Emphasis: must be before 18:00 on the day of departure)

The cashback freezing time is uncertain. I applied for cashback after scheduled check-in, and the cashback was successful 2 days later.

The same account number, mobile phone number, mobile device, bank card, and Alipay account cannot participate in the event repeatedly.
