1. Both parties reached the following agreement through friendly negotiation:

Second, the lessee agrees.

1. Pay a deposit equivalent to one month's rent () to the hotel within 5 days from the rental date. This deposit does not include interest and will be returned to the lessee at the expiration of the contract. However, the hotel will deduct part or all of the deposit as compensation for any loss caused by the lessee's breach of contract.

7. The interior, floor, walls, ceiling and indoor equipment of the rented room, including doors, windows, electrical facilities, exhaust fans, pipes and lines of all rented rooms, shall be kept in good condition.

8. Within seven days after receiving the written notice from the hotel, compensate for the replacement cost of any damaged original facilities, whether due to the negligence of the lessee or due to factors beyond the control of the lessee's waiters, employees, workers, guests or lessor.

9. Please do not engage in any activities that hurt or damage the structure, equipment and facilities of the house in the rented house.

10. Except for standard office supplies, no equipment or machine supplies shall be installed in the leased room, and no additional wires shall be installed without the prior written consent of the hotel. Office equipment that must be distributed in the heart must be approved by the hotel, and the hotel will send electricians to install it.

1 1. Allow any hotel personnel authorized by the hotel to check the rented room at any reasonable time and complete the necessary repair and maintenance work.

12. Except for the address and location of the hotel, the name of the hotel shall not be used in the business activities related to the lessee.

13. Flammables, a large number of items or cooking shall not be stored in the rented house or part of the rented house.

14. Never play music loudly or make noise in the rented room at any time.

15. Without a written complaint from the hotel, the existing locks, bolts or other equipment on the entrance door of the rented room shall not be changed, nor shall additional locks, bolts or other equipment be added.

16. Please keep the doors and windows closed when the air conditioning system is running.

17. Nothing can be placed outside the rented house.

18. After the expiration of the contract, all the original equipment in the rented room should be returned, all facilities should be kept in good, clean and rentable condition, and all personal belongings should be cleaned up.

19. The telephone extension cannot be used as a fax machine. If the lessee needs to install a direct telephone or fax machine, it must obtain the consent of the hotel and the lessee shall pay the corresponding fees.

Third, special tips

1. The hotel will provide reasonable guarantees to the lessee for the failure or stop of escalators, elevators, public lighting, fire monitoring and air conditioning systems, but it cannot reduce the rent or part of the rent payable.

2. Under any circumstances, the hotel will not make any guarantee or compensation for the loss or theft of the lessee in the rented room, but it can assist the lessee in reporting the case and investigating by the public security organ.

3. The hotel should provide the lessee with services such as delivering letters, delivering newspapers, taking out garbage, sanitation and cleaning, and provide a TV set and a TV cabinet for the rented house.

Fourth, the decoration commitment

During the lease period of the lessee, the hotel may decorate some parts of the hotel, and then the hotel will ensure the normal access of the lessee's employees. The lessee is requested to understand the possible impact of the construction, but should not reduce the rent or part of the rent.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) Termination of agreement:

During the lease term, both parties have the right to terminate this agreement in advance, but they shall notify the other party in writing 30 days in advance. After deducting all outstanding accounts of the hotel, the hotel shall return the two-month deposit paid by the lessee after the termination of the agreement.

Both parties should keep good faith in the execution of the contract, adopt a friendly attitude when trying to resolve any differences, and adhere to the principle of mutual trust.

7. This contract and its terms and conditions shall be supervised and implemented by the hotel, its successor or designee. The lessee shall also fulfill its obligations and strictly fulfill the responsibilities undertaken by the lessee.
