Reporter: Mr Duan, you started your business from scratch. From working for others to starting your own business, what are the reasons besides the changes in the external environment?

This makes me understand that many bottom-level business activities, including selling vegetables, are also very knowledgeable. I opened the first handmade dumpling restaurant in Beijing. Because I love jiaozi, I thought others might like it, so I opened it. Facts have proved that my judgment is correct. Later, I found that many people with mobile phones came in for dinner, and I thought, are they all tired of eating delicacies?
After doing some analysis, I chose to open a "recalling the bitter experience", which is full of glutinous rice porridge and sorghum cakes that are not available in big hotels ... Duan: I often tell a story to my employees when I encounter difficulties. One day, a man wanted to climb a mountain. Reporter: Everyone says that colleagues are enemies, but Five Blessingg is famous for helping others open teahouses. Why are you doing this?
Duan: I think colleagues are not friends, but friends. Some people touch this and that when they come to the teahouse. I can tell at a glance. I asked, do you want to open a teahouse? I'll tell you where there is water and tea. They often don't understand that market competition is cruel. Tell me, won't you lose market share? Tan: Do what you like.

Second, I hope ambitious young people will not go abroad blindly.
