The Pizhou Chenlou Spring Festival Xiangqi Competition is hosted by the Pizhou City Culture, Sports, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau and hosted by the Pizhou City Xiangqi Association. The competition venue is located at Feilong Hotel in Pizhou City and will be held for three days. Pizhou City, referred to as "Pi", is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. In ancient times, it was called Piguo, Xiapi, Liangcheng, Wuyuan, and Dongxuzhou. It is an important node city along the East Longhai Sea and the Grand Canal.
