In principle, the translation demander must arrange for the interpreters to stay in no less than a 4-star hotel (in order not to affect the rest of the interpreters, it is best to stay in a single room)/it is best to stay in the same hotel with foreign guests (conference speakers).

4. The cost of interpretation, simultaneous interpretation/advanced negotiation translation does not include transportation and accommodation. Due to the demand side, the time is really too tight, so the interpreter can't arrive at the specified place within the specified time. The demander needs to send someone to pick up the translator. Or reimburse the translator for the fare.
