Three. Date and place of competition:

Held by the cities selected by the participating clubs and approved by chinese basketball association.

Four. Participating units:

Guangdong Hongyuan, Bayi Shuanglu Battery, Beijing Jinyu, Jiangsu Dahua, Xinjiang Guanghui, Yunnan Honghe, Liaoning Pan Pan, Jilin Tonggang, Shanghai Zhonghui, Fujian SBS, Zhejiang Wanma, Shandong Gold, Shaanxi Dongsheng, Dongguan New Century, Shanxi Zhongyu and Zhejiang Guangsha Construction.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) competition method:

(a) the competition is divided into two stages:

1, the first stage (regular season): 16 teams implement the home and away double cycle system, 1 win 2 points, 1 lose 1 point, and abstain from 0 points. Rank the regular season according to the total points. If two or more teams have the same points, the ranking will be decided according to the outcome of the game between them, with the winner first. If the winning and losing games are the same, the ranking is calculated according to the winning and losing points of the game, and the one with the highest winning and losing points ranks first; If it is the same again, it is calculated according to the gain and loss rate of all games in the whole regular season.

2. The second stage (final): The top 8 teams in the regular season will play the home and away five-win cross-elimination tournament as shown in the figure (the top 4 teams in the regular season will be selected by each sports team according to the ranking order). The top teams in the regular season will arrange 1 home games and stop playing after winning. 1/4 and the losing team in the rematch will no longer play. The final adopts the best of seven games system. Teams after 9 will no longer play.

(2) How to determine the ranking:

1, according to the latest Basketball Rules of the ranking method.

2. The winning team in the second stage finals ranked 1 in this tournament, and the losing team ranked second. The teams that lost in the semi-finals (teams 3 and 4) and 1/4 matches (teams 5, 6, 7 and 8) ranked first in the regular season.

3, 9- 16 teams are ranked according to the regular season.

(3) Competition rules and special provisions (see supplementary explanation of rules for details):

1. Explain that the latest basketball rules and FIBA rules approved by chinese basketball association are adopted.

2. The competition mode is 4× 12 minutes, in which 1 and 2 have a 2-minute rest between the 3rd and 4th quarters, and 10 minute rest between the 2nd and 3rd quarters.

3. A player has committed six personal and/or technical fouls and must leave immediately.

4. When a team commits five team fouls in the first quarter, the team is in a state of team foul penalty.

5. Each team added 1 30-second pause in the fourth quarter and the last 2 minutes of each decisive stage.

6. After hitting the shot, after the last 2 minutes of the fourth quarter and the team with the right to throw the ball in the deciding game asked for a timeout, they all threw the ball between the extension line and the center line of the frontcourt free throw line opposite the record table (except for the frontcourt end line) and resumed the game.

7. At the end of each game, a team gets a sideline ball under the following circumstances:

(1) If the competition time is less than 0.3 seconds (including 0.3 seconds), the competition will not be held;

(2) There is still 0.4-0.7 seconds (including 0.7 seconds), and the players in the court will directly throw or touch the ball into the court (such as aerial relay) to make the ball enter the basket. If you shoot with both hands holding the ball, the middle basket is invalid.

8. Match ball: Spalding No.7 match ball approved and provided by chinese basketball association is adopted.

Six, input method:

(1) Registration method: Each team can report to the team leader, head coach, coach, team leader, interpreter and doctor 1 respectively.

People; Athletes 18 (including 2 foreign athletes). The total number of people going to the competition area and the total number of team seats in each round are 18, and 10- 12 athletes will participate in the live competition at the joint meeting before the competition. There are not enough athletes 10, so the whole team can't participate in the competition.

Registration time: All participating clubs should confirm their participation in this tournament in writing before September 15, and submit the registration materials, as well as the home city, venue and organizer, team name and abbreviation (no more than 6 words) according to the requirements of the League Manual.

All application materials must be printed by computer and submitted together with floppy disks. The application materials include: athlete's name, date of birth, height, weight and location; (The application form must be stamped with the official seal and the seal of the medical unit) Family photos of the team, personal passport photos, brief introduction of the club, contact information of the head coach and main players, and heads of the club and the division, etc.

(two) the number of players can be selected between 0 and 55, and the number of players can not exceed 5. Once the player number is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

(3) The applicant must apply for the club's personal accident insurance (including round trip) with the local insurance company. All participating units must submit copies of insurance documents at the same time when registering. Units and personnel who have not applied for insurance cannot participate in the competition.

(4) Qualifications and regulations:

1.A club registered in China Basketball Association in 2007;

2. Domestic athletes registered in chinese basketball association in 2007 and publicized;

3. Athletes who participated in the short-term exchange "delisting" of domestic athletes organized by the League Office and went through the formalities of public registration;

4. After the end of the regular season, the team that entered the finals is allowed to temporarily replace a domestic athlete from the team that never entered the finals (see the notice for specific requirements).

Each participating sports team is allowed to register two foreign athletes. Foreign athletes must abide by the laws of China and the relevant regulations of FIBA, AFC and chinese basketball association.

6. Competition rules for foreign athletes: 4 sessions, 5 person-times.

7. During the regular season, no foreign athletes can be replaced. After the regular season, a foreign athlete can be temporarily replaced from the team that has never entered the finals (see the notice for specific requirements).

(5) Competition clothing:

Each team must have three different colors and clear numbers, which conform to the basketball rules and the relevant regulations in the league manual. One is a family color competition suit, one is white and the other is dark. You are not allowed to wear the same color as the home team in the away game.

Seven, admission rankings and awards:

Won the ranking of 1 in the finals and was awarded the championship trophy and diamond ring; Won the top three in the finals and won gold, silver and bronze medals respectively; For other rewards and incentives, please refer to the Alliance Manual.

Eight, competition supervision, technical representatives and referees:

Chinese basketball association sent game supervisors, technical representatives and referees to work in the competition area. The referee will arrange further notice.

Nine. Others:

(1) Training:

During the league, each team should insist on normal training every day. Each division must strictly implement the relevant provisions in the National Basketball Competition Management Measures and the League Handbook to ensure the training venues, equipment and training time of each sports team. On the day of the competition and before the competition 1 day, the visiting team should be arranged to train at the competition venue. Chinese basketball association will designate a special person to inspect the training situation of each team, and those who fail to meet the requirements will be punished according to relevant regulations.

(2) Technical statistical work:

A technical statistics team will be formed in each division to make statistics on all competitions in the division and implement them according to the relevant requirements of the league manual.

(3) Press conference:

Hold a press conference after each game, according to the relevant regulations in the league handbook.

(4) The registration time of each round of competition shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of the League Manual.

(5) Doping test:

The organizer will entrust China Doping Control Center to conduct doping control. Those who test positive for doping will be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State Sports General Administration and the Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of Chinese Men's Basketball Professional League.
