Hotel departure time regulations

Legal analysis: the state has no explicit provisions.

1. According to the hotel industry practice, hotels in most cities are currently implemented in accordance with international practice. The check-in time of the hotel is after 4: 00 on the same day/kloc-0, and the check-out time is at noon the next day 12: 00. If you check in early or check out late, the hotel will charge a certain fee as appropriate.

The check-out time of hotels is before 12, and some hotels will provide their members with a late check-out service at 14 or a promotion period, depending on the actual situation. In short, tell the front desk before this time (by phone, in person, or by the floor attendant), then pack your things and check out at the front desk.

2. If you check out before 18, the general hotel will charge you half a day's room rate, and if you exceed 18, you will be charged one night's room rate.

The check-out procedure of the hotel is similar to the check-in procedure. If there is a deposit, the rest will be refunded (after deducting the room rate). If the housekeeping department makes sure there are no damaged or lost items in the room, or uses paid products, it can leave. In fact, the most important thing to pay attention to when checking out at a hotel is time. If it is after noon 12 o'clock and before 6 o'clock in the afternoon, it will take an extra half day, and if it is beyond 6 o'clock in the afternoon, it will take an extra day.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the Measures for the Administration of Public Security in Hotel Industry stipulates that hotels must register when they receive passengers. At the time of registration, the passenger's identity documents shall be checked and truthfully registered according to the prescribed items.

To receive accommodation from overseas tourists, an accommodation registration form shall also be submitted to the local public security organ within 24 hours.

Article 7 Hotels shall set up safe deposit boxes, lockers, storerooms and safes for passengers' belongings, and designate special persons to take care of them. A system of registration, collection and handover shall be established for the property deposited by passengers.
