Jiaxing (Chinese: Jiaxing; ) is a prefecture-level city in the east of China and the north of Zhejiang Province. Jiaxing is located on the bank of the Grand Canal in China, bordering Hangzhou in the southwest, Huzhou in the west, Shanghai in the northeast and Jiangsu Province in the north.

Jiaxing has two railway stations: Jiaxing Railway Station on the Shanghai-Kunming Railway and Jiaxing South Station on the Shanghai-Hangzhou High-speed Passenger Railway. Jiaxing will be a station on the proposed Shanghai-Hangzhou maglev train line.

There are two long-distance bus stations in Jiaxing: Jiaxing North Bus Station and New Jiaxing Transportation Center.

Jiaxing is located beside G92 Hangzhou Bay Expressway, G60 Shanghai-Kunming Expressway and National Highway 320.

Jiaxing's local air base is being transformed into a public airport.
