The testing center consists of a comprehensive office, a production office, a laboratory, a metrological verification room, a measuring team, a track scale station in Dajiangping, a balance station in Shuangkeng Bridge and an environmental monitoring station. At present, there are more than 20 technicians above the intermediate level, including 2 senior titles, 8 intermediate titles and 8 junior titles.

The chemical laboratory is the largest ore analysis and testing unit of Yunnan Sulfur Group, equipped with advanced laboratory equipment such as atomic absorption spectrometer and spectrophotometer. Mainly engaged in the detection and analysis of pyrite products, cement products and other ore products. The survey team is a national Grade B (engineering survey) qualified surveying and mapping unit, with four global positioning systems (GPS), five total stations, many computers and drawing software, large format plotters and other advanced surveying equipment. Mainly responsible for the measurement of open-pit mining and stripping, the measurement of storage yard and ore bin, the displacement monitoring of slope and tailings dam and other measurement tasks.

Dajiangping track scale station and Shuangkengqiao truck scale station are equipped with 150 ton dynamic and static electronic track scale and 150 ton all-electronic truck scale, which are mainly responsible for weighing, sampling and sample preparation of ore products transported by train and automobile.

The metrological verification room is mainly responsible for the verification and correction of small scales and length measuring tools. Environmental monitoring station is mainly responsible for industrial environmental control monitoring.
