It's your choice, but all hotels have battery cars to shuttle between hotels and scenic spots for free, so it's convenient to travel no matter which hotel you stay in. If you want to eat, I recommend Changlong Seafood Hotel, which is just below Qian Fan Bay. We had dinner at their house for two days, because the location was a little off, so the price was not expensive and the taste was good. Restaurants by the sea are very expensive.
