Terms of Service of Zaozhuang Kaiyuan Fengming Villa

1． The hotel rents, please inquire about the rental value before checking in.

2． The hotel's room rent is calculated based on one day (12:00 noon to 12:00 noon the next day). If any period of time in the whole day is used, the hotel will calculate it as this day;

3. Guests staying at the hotel are required to present their resident ID cards and other valid documents required by the public security organs and go through check-in procedures at the hotel front desk

4. Hotel rooms are for accommodation purposes only. Guests staying in the hotel are not allowed to engage in any behavior that violates Chinese laws in the rooms.

5. In accordance with the regulations of the public security agency, your visitors are asked to leave the guest room before 23:00. If you need accommodation, please go to the front desk to check in with your valid certificate

6. For your safety, please do not cook, smoke in bed, or set up or use other electrical equipment in the guest room.

7. Please deposit cash, important documents and valuables in the safe provided free of charge at the hotel front desk.

8. If you or your relatives or friends damage hotel items, the hotel reserves the right to demand compensation or replace them.

9. You are responsible for all consequences of private transactions between you and hotel employees that are not approved by the hotel.

10. Please do not bring any pets, dangerous items, guns, controlled knives, etc. into the hotel.

11. For guests who intentionally damage hotel property or disrupt the hotel's normal business order, hotel service staff have the right to refuse

service and request the public security organs to handle the matter.

12. At the end of the rental period, if you have not negotiated the extension of stay with the hotel in advance, the hotel has the right to automatically check out. Your belongings in the room

will be temporarily kept by the hotel, and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting property losses.

13. The hotel’s daily check-out time is 12:00 noon. If you exceed the check-out time, the hotel has the right to charge late room fees in accordance with hotel regulations.

14. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the hotel front desk in advance for arrangements.
