Plug-in card power switch, also known as power switch, energy-saving switch, energy-saving switch. Mainly used in hotels and guesthouses. When the room is vacant, cut off the power supply to the room. So as to realize electricity safety and energy saving.
Ac contactor is a kind of contactor, and its typical structure is divided into double-break direct-acting type (LC 1-D/F*) and single-break rotary type (LC 1-B*). The combination of AC contactor and relay control loop can remotely control or interlock related electrical equipment. At present, the most commonly used products are CJX2 series, CJ20 series, CJT 1 3TB series, B series and so on.
Circuit principle of plug-in card to get electricity
1. Plug-in card power switch generally consists of three parts: high and low voltage power conversion part, identification card part and output part. Among them, there are many ways to convert power supply, such as switching power supply, resistance-capacitance step-down, transformer and so on.
2. The high-low voltage conversion part reduces alternating current to DC low-voltage power supply through rectification, and provides it to the identification part and the output part.
3. Identify the card by detecting whether the inserted card meets the preset standard.
4. The output part obtains the standard signal of the identification card part and connects it to the AC power supply (live wire). According to different load requirements, this part includes 30A, 40A, etc.
Ac contactor
1, basic composition
Ac contactor is mainly composed of four parts: (1) electromagnetic system, including pull-in coil, moving core and static core; (2) Contact system, including three groups of main contacts and one or two groups of normally open and normally closed auxiliary contacts, which are linked with the moving iron core; (3) Arc extinguishing device. Large-capacity AC contactors are generally equipped with arc extinguishing devices to quickly cut off the arc and avoid burning out the main contacts; (4) Insulation shell and accessories, various springs, transmission mechanisms, short-circuit rings, terminals, etc.
2. Working principle
When the coil is energized, the static iron core generates electromagnetic attraction to attract the moving iron core. Because the contact system is linked with the moving iron core, the moving iron core drives the three moving contacts to run at the same time, and the contacts are closed, thus turning on the power supply. When the coil is powered off, the suction disappears, and the linkage part of the moving iron core is separated by the reaction force of the spring, so that the main contact is disconnected and the power supply is cut off.
