Scenic spots around Feng Jian Village

Located in Youtan Village, Xingtan, built in Ming Dynasty, it is the ancestral hall of Huang, the champion of the late Ming Dynasty. Huangda Ancestral Hall is exquisitely designed. Especially the wood carving process, exquisite workmanship. The renovated Grand Ancestral Hall retains the architectural styles of various periods and has high ornamental value. Now it is a provincial cultural relics protection unit.

Huang's Grand Ancestral Hall in Fengjian Village is full of lifelike pottery sculptures.

Huang's Grand Ancestral Hall, with more than ten juren stones standing on both sides of the courtyard, shows the prominence of Huang's family. The existing area of Huang's Grand Ancestral Hall is 1000 square meters, and the main building is five rooms and three entrances, with extremely wide spacing. Between the tips on both sides is a long slate with a simple carving on the base. On both sides of the door in the middle of the front seat, there is a lion with a height of one person. The door panels are all carved with gold characters, with "Zhao Qi Aotou" on the left and "Liu Huiyanji" on the right.

Entering the ancestral temple, what is different from other places here is that the three doors are all the same width. This layout can only be built if it reaches a certain reputation. The ancient buildings in China make good use of space scale to create hierarchical atmosphere, which is most obvious in the building of Huangda Ancestral Hall. Although it has gone through centuries, the stone pillars and wooden pillars of the ancestral temple are still as new. It is understood that precious wood used in the shrine, such as Tokyo solid wood and pineapple, are imported from Southeast Asian countries. Tokyo solid wood, in particular, is shipped from Tokyo, Japan, and it takes half a year to get it back. The trusses, horizontal arrays, jacking and beams on the ancestral hall are all tenons. There are exquisite brick carvings and pottery sculptures, lifelike figures, colorful flowers, trees, birds, animals, insects, fish and scenery on the roof. On the seat in the middle of the ancestral hall, there is a stone tablet, which has grown for 5 1 year. This stone tablet is 1. 18 meters long and 0.7 meters wide, with a lettering of about 2000 words. This tablet records that Huang, the owner who moved to Youtan in the fifty-first year of Qianlong, was the * * * four-room clique of Huang San Shilang (whose descendant Huang was the first scholar in Ming Dynasty), and its basis was that Funingwei (Youtan) allocated a total of 394.94 mu of land rent. Feng Jian village lizhaotang former residence

There are countless rich houses in the world, and China, an example of architectural art that embodies the wisdom of working people, is even more dazzling. The former residence of Li Zhaotang in Changjiao is called "the big house gate" by the locals.

"Dazhaimen" was built in the late Qing Dynasty, where Li Zhaotang, a patriotic official of the Qing Dynasty, lived. Covers an area of more than 20,000 square meters. There are three alleys in this old house. There are two lobbies in the middle of each alley on both sides of the house. There is a small garden in the yard, and the trees are lush for a hundred years. Interestingly, there are many small houses in the yard, which are not only connected, but also accessible to each other, resulting in more than two doors in each small room, so there are 99 doors in the yard. In the early days of liberation, some villagers counted with chalk, trying to figure out how many doors there were at home. According to the folk tradition in China, "long-term" means peace and permanence, so the local people have a mantra that counting "big houses" will bring good luck and constant companionship. Li Zhaotang was born in a poor family in Changjiao Village. He lost his father in his early years and his family was poor. When he was a child, he studied hard and often stayed up late with an oil lamp burning. Because of his cleverness and hard work, Qing

In the second year of Xianfeng (1852), he was a juren in high school, and was admitted to Jinshi in the next year. He has served as the minister of rites, Zhang Jing, the prime minister yamen, and the magistrate of Nan 'an, Jiangxi. After Li Zhaotang's death, under the protection of the local government and villagers, some precious cultural relics such as door glass, exquisite wood carving, brick carving and gray carving were preserved. Today, Li Zhaotang's descendants are willing to donate the "Dazhaimen" to the government, together with the official clothes, ancient books and other precious cultural relics about Li Zhaotang in the safe of the Hong Kong Treasury, so that the "Dazhaimen" can witness history and vicissitudes.
