Is it necessary to raise the price of tea in White Swan Hotel on Saturday and Sunday?

I checked on the website of White Swan, and it seems that there is a discount for self-help morning tea, 88 plus 15% service charge for one person.

From Monday to Friday, the second floor opens at 7: 30 in the morning and closes at 2: 30 in the afternoon. Breakfast is provided and reservations are not accepted. Morning tea will be held on the third floor on weekends, starting at 8 am and ending at 3 pm.
