This paper studies the relationship between theme hotel brand association and customer behavior intention, and draws a conclusion. At the same time, there are some shortcomings in this paper, which need to be improved in the follow-up research.
First of all, for the research object of theme hotel, this paper mainly defines its concept on the basis of literature review and interview research. Whether the concept is scientific or not needs to be tested by practice and recognized by the industry.
Secondly, the questionnaire distribution in this study adopts a combination of online and offline methods. For online distribution, there are inevitably some problems. For example, the age distribution of respondents is uneven and the samples are younger; Questionnaires distributed through Weibo and other channels are difficult to communicate with each other during the filling process, which may lead to misunderstanding of the questionnaire; It is impossible to supervise the respondents, which may make it difficult to guarantee the quality of some questionnaires. In addition, the number of valid questionnaires needs to be increased.
Third, although the author tries to refer to more theoretical documents, and intends to make the dimension construction method more scientific and the conclusion more reasonable through interviews with customers, scholars and managers. However, limited by the author's research experience and the number and scope of interviewees, the construction of the new dimension is still subjective, and it is difficult to comprehensively and accurately cover the connotation of brand association of theme hotels. The validity of the measurement model needs to be further improved.
Fourthly, this paper designs a questionnaire according to the previous research results. In the research process, although its reliability and validity are supported by data analysis and meet the basic requirements of follow-up research, there are still some problems such as inaccurate questioning angle, unclear questioning scope, and further standardization of expression. The test-retest reliability of the questions needs to be further improved to make the questionnaire design more scientific and standardized.
