Online ticket booking covers all trains nationwide. The system is open from 6:00 to 23:00 every day. Valid documents for ticket purchase include: resident identity card, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan residents, and passport. A valid ID document can only purchase one ticket for the same train on the same date of travel. Tickets are paid directly online.
