Wall construction technology

1. Check whether the concealed works within the scope of work meet the design requirements, whether the embedded pipes are qualified, and whether the position and quantity of ground sockets are consistent with the drawings of each type of work.

2. Some walls are constructed by dry hanging stone. Stone thickness standard 25; The thickness of dry paste is 20.

3. Adopt high-quality galvanized angle steel with corresponding bearing coefficient as skeleton.

4. For the expansion screw holes installed on the skeleton, attention must be paid to avoid all kinds of pipelines buried in concealed works.

5. Check the quality of stone, with square specifications and smooth surface.

6. Try paving, pre-arranging, numbering and classifying the stones with large area, many lines and great natural color changes, so as to make their patterns, colors and textures even and smooth.

7. Before installation, look for horizontal lines, vertical lines and frame lines.

Technical requirements for ground pavement

1. Check whether the concealed works within the scope of work meet the design requirements, whether the embedded pipes are qualified, and whether the position and quantity of ground sockets are consistent with the drawings of this type of work.

2. Check whether the flatness, verticality and strength of the operating surface meet the design requirements, and whether secondary leveling is needed.

3. Check the quality of stone, with square specifications and smooth surface.

4. Try paving, pre-arranging, numbering and classifying the stones with large area, many lines and great natural color changes, so as to make the patterns, colors and textures uniform and smooth.

5. Look for horizontal lines, vertical lines and frame lines before paving.

6. After paving for 24 hours, it is not allowed to trample or collide with the stone to avoid damage and looseness.

7. The laying of granite ground should be divided into two processes. First, use a 40-thick C20 fine stone concrete leveling layer (see the construction drawing for details when the building number is 50 or 70), and lay the pipeline. After the leveling layer is dried and stabilized, the granite shall be paved with dry 1: 2.5 cement sand, and the paving shall not be completed at one time.

8. Before paving, brush the cement slurry with water cement ratio of 0.4-0.5 on the base (or leveling layer) and spread the cement mortar layer with a brush;

Material and process requirements:

1. The main materials are rosewood and mahogany. It is suggested that all veneer be entrusted to a professional manufacturer for construction. Surface decorative wood belongs to AA products that meet international standards.

2. Wood squares, whether made in China or imported, should be Grade A products with the same texture and color as the surface decorative board, and the moisture content should be controlled within 12%.

3. All base wood used for decoration shall be treated with fire prevention and moisture prevention.

4. The color of veneer shall be jointly determined by Party A and the designer.

2. Before tiling, choose tiles with uniform color and consistent size, so that the joints are uniform, the bricks are pre-arranged, and the dividing line and vertical and horizontal control line of color change are well played.

3. Paste should start from the bottom, hang the line according to the benchmark, and lay the shop line by line from bottom to top. The back of the brick should be covered with cement slurry, and the thickness is generally controlled within 2-3 mm. After the wall is pasted, it should be struck hard with a rubber hammer to cement the brick. At the same time, use a ruler to level the brick and the epithelium. After laying a row, check each brick again. If it is empty, it should be lifted and pasted in time.

4. After the paste is completed, after the initial setting of the paste cement, clean the brick surface with clear water, fill the joint with white cement slurry (the colored brick should be adjusted with mineral pigments according to the design requirements), and wipe the surface with cotton yarn and cloth after the completion until there is no trace of residual ash.

5. Quality requirements: the varieties, specifications, colors and patterns of ceramic tiles must meet the design requirements and the quality must meet the current standards; Ceramic tile mosaic must be firm, without hollowing, skew, lack of stare blankly, falling corners and cracks; Bricks shall be smooth, clean, uniform in color, free from alkali stains and obvious gloss damage, with dense and straight joints, consistent in width and color. The corner plates of Yin and Yang shall be pressed on the use parts of the whole brick, cut and matched with the sleeve of the whole brick, with neat edges, smooth kicking and no face sticking, with consistent thickness of protruding wall surface, correct slope direction of running water and straight drip line.

6. Allowable deviation: the verticality of the facade shall not exceed 2mm, the surface flatness shall not exceed 3mm, the squareness of the Yin and Yang angles shall not exceed 3mm, and the height difference of the joints shall not be less than 0.5mm.

7. Finished product protection: After the construction, the cement slurry and condensed water on the brick surface should be removed immediately to make the brick surface clean and free of sundries; Make the finished surface clean, seamless, free of debris, damage, firm adhesion or other defects; When the construction operation may damage the ceramic tile wall, protect the ceramic tile wall with protective cardboard or other protective covering.

(4). Latex paint finish

Material performance requirements

1. Cooked rubber powder adopts high-quality imported brands recognized by the owner and design institute.

2. Represents powder, smooth, white and free of impurities.

3. Gypsum powder, with natural gypsum as the main raw material.

4. Latex paint must meet the design requirements. Imported or joint venture brands with fine texture and stable performance are preferred. Try to use natural latex paint (Dulux is recommended).

5. It is recommended to use matching putty and matching primer for latex paint.

Technical requirements for construction

1. Use 1: 2.5- 1: 2 cement mortar to repair the missing edges and corners of the base, and use putty to fill the pits and cracks on the surface, and the surface of the base should be clean;

2. Scrape the putty at the grass-roots level with a scraper. It is required to scrape thin, collect cleanly, and be flat and free of flying thorns. After the putty is dry, use 1 sandpaper to polish it, pay attention to protect the edges and corners, and ensure that the surface is smooth and the line angles are straight and uniform;

3. Repeat step 2 twice, depending on the flatness of the base;

4. Brush the primer, brush it up and down, and the last row is followed by the previous row, which is connected with each other. Be careful not to expose the brush to maintain the consistency of latex paint;

5. Sandpaper: When the sandpaper is polished, it should be lightly polished, and at the same time, be careful not to wear through the primer, protect the edges and corners, and clean it up after the sandpaper is polished;

6. Apply the topcoat for three times: After the topcoat is dried, apply the topcoat for the second time. The consistency of latex paint should be moderate, and the amount of strokes dipped should be appropriate to prevent the brush lines from being too large. When brushing latex paint, attention should be paid to maintaining the consistency of latex paint to avoid brush leakage. Brush up and down when you brush, and the last stroke should be connected with the previous one. Gypsum board oil white (primer 888 three times; Top coat twice).

7. Quality requirements: uniform paint thickness, consistent color, clean surface, no pollution, color difference, overlapping traces, no peeling, alkali bite, brush leakage, sagging and other quality problems.

8. Remove oil stains on the wall and other construction influencing factors.

9. Brush the leveling layer on the original wall and fan the dust for about three times. Each layer must be thoroughly dried and the surface sanded repeatedly.

4. Construction requirements:

1. The original building structure shall not be destroyed during construction. If this design conflicts with the original architectural design in the construction drawing, the architectural design shall be the basic basis.
