Where is Bottle Mountain?

Pingshan is a cultural relic protection unit in Jiaxing.

Pingshan is located in Zhongshan East Road, Jianshe Street, Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, covering an area of 2,000 square meters, with an altitude of about 15 meters. It is said that in the Song Dynasty, there was a wine department where containers were piled up and then discarded into posts, so it was called Bottle Mountain. Climbing the mountain can give you a bird's eye view of the whole city. Wearing silver makeup when it snows in winter, known as "bottle mountain snow", is one of the eight scenic spots in Jiahe. In the early Republic of China, it was public property. In the seventh year of the Republic of China (19 18), the Bayong Pavilion in the Yuyan Building in Nanhu was moved to the mountain (later destroyed, now rebuilt) to enhance the scenery, and there was another pavilion named "Job Building" on the mountain. After the founding of New China, Pingzi Mountain was turned into a park, and a stone workshop was set up at the foot of Shannan Mountain. There are lush trees on the mountain for people to relax, and the municipal civil air defense headquarters is also located here. A large number of "Korean bottles" were unearthed in the civil air defense project. There is a Lingguang well at the southern foot of Pingshan Mountain, which was built by Zhongxiang, the minister of the Ministry of War of the Ming Dynasty, and named after Lingguang Square. The diameter of the well is 36 cm, the height of the well circle is 50 cm, the outer ring is octagonal, the inner ring is round, and the inner opening of the well is small and the bottom is large, showing a frustum shape. The wall of this well is leveled with blue bricks. 1988, in order to protect Lingguang well, Jiaxing municipal government built a stone pavilion to cover the well, and set up a stone tablet beside the well to inform future generations. Ma Pingchuan and Pingshan in Jiaxing, with their unique geographical advantages, have always been highly praised by literati, and they are scenic spots with high historical value in Jiaxing. 198 1 year, the two sites merged and were announced as cultural relics protection units in Jiaxing.

Pingshan Community: Jianshe Street Pingshan Community is located in the bustling city center, with Jianguo Road in the east, Hexing Road in the west, Zhongshan Road in the south and Huancheng River in the north. It covers an area of 0.58 square kilometers, with 22 15 households, 5553 registered residents and 700 renters. It is a typical open old community. There are 7 staff members in the community. At present, there are 230 registered people in party member, four party branches have been established, and 90 registered people are working in party member. There are 16 units in the community, and more than 2,000 individual industrial and commercial households in enterprises and institutions. The community was rated as "South"
