Which hotels can't stay because of height restrictions?

Legal analysis: after being restricted by the court to spend too much, you can't spend too much in hotels, hotels, nightclubs, golf courses and other places above the star level. I have consulted the staff of 12368 Litigation Service Center and many executive judges and lawyers, and the answer I got is that I can't stay in all star-rated hotels because of too much consumption. Some lawyers on the Internet said that it was wrong to stay in a hotel with a three-star rating or above, that is, one-star and two-star hotels could not stay. After consulting the staff of many star-rated hotels, the answer was that the hotel would register with its real name when registering for accommodation. As long as you pass the verification, you can check in. Hotel accommodation registration system is networked with public security system. If the passenger has committed a crime, is suspected of committing a crime or is wanted, the hotel may refuse to check in and report the case to the public security organ. However, due to the large number of hotels, most star-rated hotels restrict high consumption, and the court system is not networked. Therefore, the front desk clerk will never ask the court whether the customer is restricted from high consumption, nor will he inquire whether the customer is restricted from high consumption through China Executive Information Open Network, which is the fundamental reason why many faithless people can stay in star-rated hotels even if they are restricted from high consumption. Only when the court wants to check whether the untrustworthy person has violated the height limit order to stay in a star-rated hotel will it be found out and punished accordingly, otherwise the untrustworthy person will be in charge of the star-rated hotel. Of course, we have to risk being spot-checked by the executive board of the court. Relatively speaking, the railway and aviation systems are relatively mature, and the courts, railways and aviation systems are all networked nationwide. Therefore, people who are restricted to take high-speed trains, first-class trains and planes are blocked and tickets will not pass.

Legal basis: Article 3 of the Regulations of the Supreme People's Court on Restricting the High Consumption and Related Consumption of the Executed Person states that if the executed person is a natural person, he shall not engage in the following high consumption and consumption behaviors that are not necessary for life and work after taking the consumption restriction measures: (1) When taking the means of transportation, choose the cabin above the second class of the plane, train or ship; (two) high consumption in hotels, hotels, nightclubs, golf courses and other places above the star level; (three) the purchase of real estate or new construction, expansion, high-grade decoration of housing; (four) leasing high-grade office buildings, hotels, apartments and other places to work; (5) Purchasing non-essential vehicles; (6) tourism and vacation; (seven) children attending private schools with high fees; (8) Paying high premiums to purchase insurance wealth management products; (9) Non-essential consumption behaviors such as taking all seats of G-prefix EMU trains and first-class and above seats of other EMU trains. If the person subjected to execution is a unit, the person subjected to execution, its legal representative, principal responsible person, person directly responsible for debt performance and actual controller shall not carry out the acts specified in the preceding paragraph after taking measures to restrict consumption. Anyone who uses personal property for private consumption to commit the acts mentioned in the preceding paragraph may apply to the enforcement court for enforcement. If the examination by the enforcement court is true, it shall be allowed.
