Weitou Village is located in the protruding part of the southeast coast of Jinjiang City, with geographical coordinates of east longitude118 34' and north latitude 24 31'. It has a unique geographical advantage, with the Taiwan Province Strait in the east and Jinmen Island only 5.6 nautical miles ahead, which is the closest place to Chinese mainland. It consists of two natural villages with a total area of 3 square kilometers. There are 4,300 permanent residents, 3,000 migrants and more than 10,000 overseas Chinese/kloc-0.

Weitou Battlefield Cultural Fishing Village, with a history of more than 200 years, is located in the protruding part of Weitou Peninsula on the southeast coast of Fujian Province, with geographical coordinates of 118.34 degrees east longitude and 24.3 1 degree north latitude. It is adjacent to the Taiwan Province Strait in the east, the beautiful Weitou Bay in the west, Quanzhou, the cultural capital of East Asia, in the north and Dajinmen Island in the south.

With an area of 5.2 square kilometers and a coastline of 6,500 meters, it has a permanent population of more than 4,300 people, more than 3,500 foreigners and nearly 10,000 villagers living in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and overseas.
