Hotel liability insurance

One of the insurance responsibilities: during the insurance period, the insured legally engages in production, business and other activities within the scope of the place specified in the insurance policy, causing personal injury or property loss to a third party.

Exemption: Liability for personal injury or death of the insured or his representative or employee.

In other words, the insurance company is not responsible for the injuries caused by accidents when employees work normally in the hotel, unless the hotel has purchased personal protection for each employee.
