I have worked as a quality engineer for 5 years, and then as a quality supervisor for 2 years. I feel a little tired and want to switch to hotel management.

It is true that many enterprises recruit quality supervisors to give priority to the management system. In fact, the management system has a certain guiding role in actual quality management. It is a good idea that you want to learn the system well before you go to a quality engineer or quality supervisor.

It's not enough to learn the management system only by reading the system books, and it will be slow to learn, because most of the books in the system are boring; Sometimes after reading the book, you don't know what to say or how to use it. Many people have trained internal auditors and come back with certificates, but they haven't found any changes. That's why they still don't understand what they don't understand. So I'll give you some suggestions for your reference:

1. Look at the company's program documents in combination with the company's processes and your own work. For example, you can look at the internal audit program documents, which generally specify in detail the internal audit work "What should I do first? Second, what to do? Who does it? How long will it take? When will it be done? How? . . . . And there will be a flowchart later. Similarly, management review also has management review procedures; Look at the nonconforming procedure when nonconforming products occur. After a few times, you will know how the internal audit is done, how the management review is done, how to do the nonconforming products, and so on. Sometimes you can even look at the program documents to see if what we are doing is consistent with the documents. If not, you can also tell the management representative that what we wrote is inconsistent with what we did. In this way, you can get started quickly, because the program file is an extension file of the management system. It's more effective and faster than learning by yourself with a master's book. I think this is the best book.

2. Be familiar with the terms of the system at ordinary times. If you have a good memory, memorize them all. Of course, don't memorize them. You should know what is in each term, and then read more, ask more questions and think more according to the actual operation process of the company.

3. Get close to people who lead the system (generally, companies have ISO commissioners, management representatives or quality supervisors who lead the system), and the system will be audited once a year, or customers will temporarily inspect the factory. At this time, companies often need to make up a lot of information, so someone needs to work overtime to do these things. This is your best chance to get close to them. You can take the initiative to work overtime to help them, because you can't do it, and sometimes they can only help them by teaching you first.

After getting started, go to 6SQ to find some books you like, and you will find that it is not difficult.

I wish you success!
